Refund policy

30-Day Returns at Clean Cubs

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

• Unused items: Return the item unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund your original payment method.
• Defective or damaged items: If your scrubber arrives defective or damaged, email us a short description and a photo or video within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You pay nothing for defective items, including return shipping.

How to start a return: Email Clean Cubs at jonathandmitriev@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 1-2 business days. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
